Nut Driver Handle

After dismounting the tire from the wheel, Gustavo got the tool out of the tread using a pair of Vise-Grips. It turned out to be a nut-driver handle instead of a screwdriver. Along with strong tire construction, the tool's blunt end was probably the reason it hadn't pierced the complete tire. It had gone deep into the tread, but hadn't gone through the casing.
