Gears And Rings - 2004 Toyota 4Runner

When our ’04 4Runner’s rear axle was upgraded to a Currie F9, we knew it was the perfect time to change the ring-and-pinion ratio to something that better matched the ’Runner’s oversized rubber. With the F9 installed out back, the next step was to swap the front gears to match.

We’ve also discovered a slick way to make your wheels much, much stronger than stock while sidestepping the hassles associated with beadlocks.
