One of the coolest parts about the Warn Zeon winch is that it features a convertible control box that can be removed and mounted remotely under the hood to give it a clean low-profile look. We were very impressed with the looks of the Zeon and we think the satin-black finish really brings together the overall appearance. The Zeon is available in 8,000-, 10,000-, or 12,000-pound steel cable versions, as well as 8,000- and 10,000-pound synthetic rope versions. The Warn Zeon winch line also uses five stainless-steel motor cap bolts instead of two for better sealing against the elements and has an IP68 rating, which means it remains watertight under three feet of water for at least 30 minutes. What more could you ask for?
