The RCV housing, bearing cage, inner race, and axleshaft are all made from aircraft-quality high-alloy steel. Proprietary construction techniques make them highly resistant to bursting and fracture. RCV’s Spherical Sealing Technology uses a cast-polyurethane cap to offer greater resistance to punctures and tears than traditional rubber CV boots and will not bunch up or balloon. The housing design also allows tight steering angles up to 45 degrees and maintains high strength throughout the range of motion.
