Rancho Quicklift Suspension Install

New Shocks, Springs, and Extra Height in 30 Minutes

Do you have a strut or coilover-sprung independent front suspension on your truck? If so, you can safely improve your frontend in about 30 minutes using Rancho’s loaded quickLIFT shocks.

“Safely?” you ask? Yes, safely. Most factory replacement struts come without coil springs, and you’ll need a spring compressor and a lot of force to remove the coils from the original struts to put onto your new ones. Not so with the Rancho quickLIFT packages that come loaded with coils already on the struts! Replacement is as simple as unbolting the old ones and throwing in the new Rancho units.

The quickLIFT units provide enough front lift to level out most IFS trucks while keeping ball joint angles and front suspension geometry within acceptable tolerances. Not only that, but they also provide nine adjustments to the suspension ride with Rancho’s exclusive nine-position tuning technology.

With the tools ready to go, the crew at 4 Wheel Parts in Santa Ana, California, was able to change out each side in about 15 minutes. While it may take you a tad longer to accomplish if you’re trying this for the first time at home, you can now change your struts easily and quickly without having to use a spring compressor.
