If your fuses get corroded or really dirty, they might not flow power anymore, and I’ve seen where the fuse blows just because it is dirty or corroded. This is more common in places where Jeeps rust. It is possible to pull the fuse out, go over the contacts with some fine sandpaper and put it back in. Try to get the contacts on the fuse and the fuse block. Shown is a glass fuse, but the same trick works for the blade-style fuses as well.
