It’s very typical to need a bigger radiator when doing an engine swap. In the case of an LS, most of the time the inlet and outlet should be on the same side of the radiator which requires a dual-pass radiator, and inlet and outlet should both be 1 1/2 inches in diameter. This is a custom-ordered Flex-a-lite radiator which came with a 3,300 cfm electric fan. It should be able to keep even a 700-horsepower version of an LS cool.
