Even though we used high-quality, one-piece rotors before, the new rotor hats were still 1/10-inch thicker than the old rotors. Check that you have full engagement of your lug nuts before driving. We ended up having to replace our studs with Dorman part number 610-080 for full engagement. While there are a few alternatives, these were all we could find at our local parts stores. Have a knowledgeable counter guy take the book out and cross-reference your existing stud to find a new one. If your Jeep now runs the cheaper, thin two-piece rotors, you will see even more of a difference.
