Brake Caliper Bolt Removal

Now pull the brake caliper and the rotor will slide off the unitbearing. Next, with a 12-point, 13mm, or 1⁄2-inch socket, loosen the three bolts securing the unitbearing to the knuckle. (Note that we left the lock ring and cotter pin in this picture, even though we told you to remove them. Do what we say, not what we do.)
