Easter Jeep Safari 2015 - Bunny Run with Dynatrac, Superlift and Falken TirePosted in Moab Experience: 2015 on March 30, 2015
Every year for the past 8 years off-roaders from around the world have gathered in Moab, Utah during Easter Jeep Safari for the Dynatrac/Superlift/Falken Bunny Run. Despite the name, this is not a search for a mythical egg laying rabbit and his booty, but rather as Easter approaches the Bunny Run is an excuse to spend time playing off-road with friends, checking out awesome off-road rigs, and testing out new products. We hopped into the old Jeep and headed for run. On hand were at least a few prototype aluminum Dynatrac axle housings, plenty of vehicles running Superlift Suspension components, and more Falken tires than you can shake a chocolate bunny at.
We met Monday morning with a large group of well equipped rigs and headed out to Kane Creek. Kane Creek is one of the coolest trails in Moab with amazing vistas, varied terrain, and plenty of water crossings. The trail runs south out of town following the path of an old road eventually meeting up with highway 191 near Hole in the Rock. It was a great day with almost no breakage or off-road drama. As for the bunny, we kept looking prints and eggs with no luck, but heck we did have fun splashing in the water, careening, and hopping over rocks.
