Easter Jeep Safari 2015: Stalking Main StreetPosted in Moab Experience: 2015 on March 29, 2015
The Moab Easter Jeep Safari 2015 is underway! We rolled into Moab late Saturday and immediately felt the need to grab our camera and walk Main Street to see what was going on in town. We spent the next couple hours ankling around, taking random photos of rigs and people. Some may call it stalking and we may or may not have been accused of that before. At any rate, we were impressed at the sheer number of rigs in town. There were lots of Jeeps (go figure), but also a wide variety of non-Jeep rigs. It appeared that even though it was the first day of the Easter Jeep Safari (better known as EJS) many rigs had spent the day on the trails. And what a great day for it, with temperatures in the 80s and abundant sunshine.
Today was the first day that the host of EJS, Red Rock 4-Wheelers, offered a full regimen of trail rides, and that formula will continue through April 4. We’ll be here for the duration, covering not only organized trail rides but we’ll also be hanging out on random trails and obstacles getting photos, features, and video.
