Metal Cloak Measures Corner Travel Index at Moab

Metal Cloak was at the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab UT with their cool CTI (Corner Travel Index) rig showing in real time just how much articulation the assembled Jeeps actually had.

The Metal Cloak CTI rig is a specialized, custom built trailer that by using hydraulic rams beneath the tires, Matson Breakey of Metal Cloak was able to raise and lower each corner of the Jeep independently of the others to prove to the owner exactly how much articulation the Jeep was capable of. It was as simple as the owner driving up onto the rig and then Breakey pushing the proper buttons. The whole operation took only minutes, but he resulting information gave the owner what they needed to know.

Breakey was busy with Jeeps all throughout Safari week, and had his hands full with the wind on the day we were there. Watch as he and his CTI rig gives the 411 to happy Jeepers.
