2018 Easter Jeep Safari: After Jeeping #EJS2018Posted in Moab Experience: 2017 on March 27, 2018
Off-roading is awesome—no day on the trail is a bad day…unless you lose your motor in the Gravy Bowl in Mashed Potato, but that’s a tale for another day…and it was still a good day. Easter Jeep Safari is all about hitting a trail or two…or three every day with your rig and your best wheeling buddies. At the end of the day you can switch on the lights and do a night run, try and get some sleep, or hang out with friends. We like to do all those things, but tonight after dinner here at the 2018 Easter Jeep Safari (EJS), we came home to our condo (sounds fancy, but hotels in Moab during EJS are expensive) and (between writing a few articles) hung out with friends, told tales, and talked trash.
Two condos down from us are the guys from Offroad Power Products, and these guys are fun and into everything. Next thing you know we are hanging out, drinking (root) beers, and checking out all their cool toys. As it turns out, these guys don’t just like off-roading, but they are into power sports, mountain biking, camping, RC crawlers and trucks, and more. Next thing you know Dirt Head Dave and Fred Williams showed up to hang out and the fun began. So just to give you a walk in our world, check out the Can Am X3s, rad Santa Cruise mountain bikes, Onewheel powered skateboard, and more that the guys from Offroad Power Products brought to Moab. Now it’s time to get back to those stories and that root beer.
