Ivan Stewart’s New Venture
Ivan “Ironman” Stewart has a new venture. Hosting an open house on October 11, 2014, he opened the doors to his new Ivan Stewart Motorsports with the help of many longtime friends and made a few new ones in the process. Stewart, who now offers a full line of Polaris UTVs, says he already has plans to expand the site to include a full shop and performance parts center.

The day was a busy one for Stewart as he welcomed old friends and family members who came by to wish him luck. There were also many folks who arrived who seemed not only interested in meeting the racing legend, but to see the Polaris’s he has to offer and to get a couple free hot dogs as well.

Stewart, who is still very active in off-road racing with Toyota, sees the Polaris UTVs as a perfect way for more families to become involved in off-roading without breaking their budget. “It’s exciting,” Stewart said. “We in the Southwest think mainly of riding in the desert, but all across the country people are taking these side-by-sides out into their own areas and having a great time with them. I really think these vehicles are something special for the whole family.” You can find Stewart’s new place at:

Addictive Desert Designs’ Kit Ready For Latest F-150
As Ford has announced they are not producing a new Raptor for 2015, they have put in its place a brand-new F-150—a combination of high-strength military-grade aluminum alloy and high-strength steel. Addictive Desert Designs has already sprung into action with an off-road kit for the new F-150.

“At ADD we have been busy!” said Doug Parks, Addictive Desert Designs’ Director of Sales and Marketing. “As an industry leader in design and innovation and with the stop in Raptor production for the foreseeable future, we wanted to give potential customers the opportunity to transform their truck into an off-road–ready vehicle.”

ADD teamed up with Ford at SEMA to reveal the all-new ’15 Ford F-150 and has built all-new Conversion Kits for the platform. Two trucks were showcased with two versions, the Baja XT and Baja XTR. The Baja XT version of the ’15 Ford F-150 features various upgrades and finish off with an under-the-bed shock kit with rear wheel travel approaching 14 inches. The second truck, a ’15 Ford F-150 Baja XTR from Addictive Desert Designs, is a more extreme version and was finished off with a bed cage and shocks that go into the bed to deliver 18 inches of travel in the rear.
