2016 marks the 75th year of the Jeep as we know it, and to celebrate the town of Toledo, Ohio, is throwing a huge celebration bash on August 13. The Toledo Jeep fest will have Jeep lovers and history buffs from all over to talk and enjoy all things Jeep at this one-day festival, in a town that has been instrumental in the history of the Jeep.
The Toledo Jeep Fest will feature a parade through downtown Toledo and a car show where everyone can check out tons of Jeeps from every year they’ve been manufactured. The event is free to attend for spectators and only $15 to enter your Jeep in the parade and show-and-shine.
With more than 200 volunteers already signed up to help put the event on, it’s going to be a huge event. With the city of Toledo, the Jeep plant, Jeep workers, the UAW, and Jeep fans of all kinds helping to throw this huge bash, we’re sure this is one Jeep event this summer that you won’t want to miss.
