Transamerican Auto Parts Goes All-In On Sponsorship of 2016 King of the HammersPosted in News on January 12, 2016
The King of the Hammers is one of the most iconic off-road competitions of the last decade and is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2016. One of the most prominent supporters of the event has been Transamerican Auto Parts, best known among off-road enthusiasts by its 4 Wheel Parts chain of off-road and truck accessory stores. However, Transamerican is doing far more than just plastering its logo across the event. It’s sponsoring multiple event categories through its in-house brands, featuring such well-known and regarded names as Pro Comp tires, Rubicon Express, G2 Axle & Gear, and Smittybilt.
The Stock Class is sponsored by Pro Comp tires, the Modified class is sponsored by Rubicon Express, and the Legends class is being sponsored by G2 Axle & Gear. In addition to the extensive racing division sponsorship, Transamerican will have a Showroom on Wheels at the event featuring the company’s wares and offering parts and services on-site for competing teams.
However, the company’s support and participation in the event goes far beyond just money and commercial presence. Transamerican CEO Greg Adler will be competing in the headline Ultra 4 Unlimited event, along with Brent Goegebuer and Kevin Adler competing in the Smittybilt Every Man Challenge. The event runs from January 30 to February 6, 2016. Those interested in competing in the Every Man Challenge can visit 4 Wheel Parts’ Compton, California, location for a chance to be in a drawing for a place in the competition.
