While checking out the latest offering from, we stumbled upon this awesome restomodded 1958 Dodge Power Wagon Ambulance currently for sale in Arizona. This badass Power Wagon was refurbished and upgraded by the team at Legacy Classic Trucks (LCT). If you’re unfamiliar with their killer work, look at this Power Wagon in Jackson, Wyoming, and they left no bolt unturned.

To give this ambulance the power it needed, a Cummins 4BT diesel was perfectly placed between the frame rails. A five-speed NV 4500 transmission and Atlas transfer case handle all that torque with ease. The axles weren’t left stock either. ’Shafts were upgraded to 300M RCV shafts, and all four corners now have disc brakes, giving this beast the stopping power it desperately needed. A set of 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain KM2 tires wrapped around Marsh Racing wheels give the Power Wagon excellent traction with killer good looks.

With off-road performance and functionality taken care of, LCT wanted to make sure the interior was as confortable as a modern Power Wagon. A Vintage Air A/C and heat system was installed, the seats were refurbished, the carpet was replaced, and custom gauges were added, making this truck confortable enough to drive every day.

Since this Power Wagon was designed to be taken out for off-road excursions, a Hi-Lift jack is included, as well as front and rear tow hitches, so you can help your fellow stuck wheelers. The best part of this Power Wagon is the newly insulated ambulance area that sleeps four people in comfort no matter what the temperature. It’s just perfect for an awesome overlanding rig.

You can make this Power Wagon your own for a mere $50,000. Check out for more information.
