One of the most highly anticipated off-road competition events of the year, Ultra 4 Racing’s annual King of the Hammers has set its dates for the 2018 event. The 2018 race and festival will kick off on Friday, February 2, and go through Friday, February 9, culminating in the flagship King of The Hammers race on the 9th. As with the 2017 event, next year’s event will feature King of the Motos, an extreme enduro race, the “Shootout” pitting rock bouncers and rockcrawlers against each other for the fastest time up a rock “waterfall” at night, the Can-Am UTV race, and the ever-popular Every Man Challenge, featuring three classes of 4x4s. Finally, there will be a KOH Experience guided tour where fans can get a chance to take their own vehicles through some of the race terrain.
