Jeep has teased us with scantily-clad Wrangler JL test drive sightings in Michigan, now Wrangler Forum has done their part to keep us dreaming of the new Jeep—in digital.
Taking what we know so far about the JL, Wrangler Forum has rendered the 2-door Wrangler in eight colors and Sport and Rubicon trim levels. The images showcase the color-matched hard tops and fender flares, and bumper inserts, all in their glossy best.
The new lighting options really shine in these renderings. In the past, the halo-style headlamps were an aftermarket modification, now they appear to come standard with the JL. For the first time in its history, the Wrangler gets turn signals and LED lamps mounted directly in the fenders, the latter shown glowing boldly in the images.
Earlier spy shots quelled our fears that the hood would no longer fold and the doors would remain bolted to the body—all hinges are accounted for in the renderings, making the new Wrangler just as ready for open air fun as it ever was.
With this new digital tease, are you as excited as we are to see the JL unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show? Even more than on a podium, we want to see this Jeep on the trails!
Where will you take yours?
