Daystar Products International has acquired HCR Racing. HCR manufactures suspension products for UTVs. Their product line includes control and trailing arms as well as shocks that fit all of the major OEM UTV manufacturers.
HCR’s products have been widely used on Can-Am, Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Arctic-Cat UTVs. Their long-travel kits have been popular among enthusiasts. The company also works with RCV to make custom axles.
“We are so proud to add HCR to the family of market leading brands at Daystar,” said Mark Turner, CEO of Daystar Products. “We’re bringing the resources to boost service levels, manage stellar growth, and make it easier than ever for the high-performance UTV owner to get the best suspension components and full suspension systems on the market.”
“Getting HCR into Daystar’s family is the next great step to take our race winning products to the wider group of enthusiasts around the world. I couldn’t be more pleased for HCR,” said Damon Cardone, HCR Racing president.
Daystar has been busy acquiring companies this year. In March Daystar purchased BumperSuperstore.com. Other recent purchases include MCE, a company that manufactures indestructible fenders.
