Mil-Spec Automotive (MSA) has released another Hummer H1 build. This time the theme is Baja. The Baja Hummer is the fourth build in the company’s series. Mil-Spec Automotive is known for taking the Hummer H1 vehicles and stripping them down to their frame and reinforcing the vehicle. The company then creates a custom build out of the H1.
The Baja-themed Hummer H1 features 40-inch tires and a desert tan paint selection. Also included in the Baja package is heavy-duty powdercoated tubular steel construction with an overhead spare tire rack. The interior features black leather on canvas.
Options on the H1 include a 12,000-pound winch with remote. A heavy-duty brushguard was added to the front of the vehicle as well as a heavy-duty rear step bumper.
This beast gets 500 hp with a Duramax 6.6L LBZ turbocharged diesel V-8. If that’s not enough, the H1 has four-wheel independent suspension. A heated windshield and updated HVAC system keep the operator comfortable inside. MSA has added a JL Audio C5 stereo system to keep the tunes rocking down in Baja all day.
With all of these features, the vehicle will see an increase in overall track width to 8 inches and body width to 7 inches. This restored Hummer H1 rings in at a price tag of $250,478.
