The fourth installment of the Recoil series was released on YouTube today, taking Trophy Truck racer BJ Baldwin to new heights and new places as he pounds around Havana, Cuba. Enough with the preamble: Watch the video below, then get back to us.

The first U.S. film shot in Cuba in decades, “Recoil 4” again stars Baldwin as a maverick-type driver, pounding his 850hp Toyota Tundra TRD Pro around the streets, jungles, and beaches of Havana, much to the surprise of the city’s residents. One such stunt actually broke a record; BJ’s 191-foot launch down a narrow village road is the longest residential jump in a Trophy Truck.

In order to perform each of the wild stunts without resorting to green-screen special effects, BJ worked with legendary motocross superstar and filmmaker Andy Bell.

“We scouted the stunts, believing if we could pull it off on a motorcycle, we could challenge BJ’s manhood enough that he would try them,” said Andy. “BJ pushed that truck beyond what anyone else would dream of doing and it resulted in some of the most intense action Cuba has seen in decades.”

Thanks to the cooperation of local officials and residents, “Recoil 4” was shot in five days. Sponsored by Toyo Tires, Monster Energy, Rigid Industries, and King Shocks, the film was produced by Sweatpants Media.
