Cracked Header

I hate cracked headers.   With 3 six-cylinder Jeeps and a four-cylinder Jeep in the fleet it seems like twice a year I'm pulling a header off an engine to weld or reweld cracks. I have heard of and do suggest a flex pipe but in these Jeeps a flex pipe just wouldn't fit and while the one I had a few years back did save the header for a while, the flex pipe itself started leaking. Not sure if you can see it or not, but this one is cracked both at the 2 into 1 and at one of the 3 into 1s
