After nearly 8 years as the Technical Editor of Four Wheeler, I am moving on and I didn't want to leave without saying thank you. As you've probably read, Four Wheeler recently introduced Ali Mansour as the magazine’s new Technical Editor. Ali will be replacing me as I move on to become the Editor-in-Chief of our sister magazine, Diesel Power.
For nearly 8 years, Four Wheeler has been a great part of my life. I have gone on amazing adventures with Brubaker, built cool project vehicles, co-driven on a class-winning team in the Baja 1000, and covered new vehicles from as far away as Africa. But through it all, the one aspect that has always intrigued me more than anything is how great Four Wheeler‘s readers are.
I'd like to thank every one of you reading and all of those in the off-road industry that I've had the chance to wheel with, work with, and become friends with over the years. You have all contributed to making this the best job in the world!
Change is a good thing, and with Ali onboard, you are in great hands. I'd like to wish Cappa, Brubaker, and Mansour continued success and look forward to watching this team continue to bring you the world's best 4x4 magazine every month.
