Squeeze the Trigger
The Lincoln Electric Company has added six new short-neck semiautomatic welding gun packages for MIG and gas-shielded cored wire arc welding. These 400-amp Magnum guns come preassembled and fitted with all necessary components, including contact tip, gas diffuser, insulated gas nozzle, cable liner, and appropriate gun connectors intended for use with many popular industrial wire feeders. The six new gun packages join the full line of Lincoln's Magnum welding guns, which range from 100 to 600 amps.

Easy Storage
With summer upon us, it's time to bring out the soft tops and stow away the hardtop covers of our Jeeps. The new HOSS (Hardtop Organized Storage System) from Bestop is just what many of us need to help store and protect our hardtops in the summer months ahead. The HOSS quickly attaches to the back of the hardtop while on the vehicle, which enables easy and convenient removal. It will accommodate full steel doors, half steel doors, soft upper doors, upper door sliders, and Bestop two-piece doors.

Don't Get Stung
A rollover is always a bad thing, but not being able to drive your vehicle out of the trail is even worse. Rusty's stinger bumper will protect the radiator, front end sheetmetal, and even your valued winches. The bumper is made from 3/16-inch steel and precision laser-cut and CNC-formed complete with tapered ends for that extra off-road clearance. The stinger hoop is manufactured from 1.75-inch, 0.120-inch-wall tubing and is precision CNC mandrel-formed into shape. The bumpers come in both 44-inch and a 54-inch widths and are powdercoated black for durability and a good look. Deep Water Crossings
You have been traveling in a new area and come across a water crossing where you aren't sure that crossing it is a safe bet. Instead of running the risk of flooding, you might want to add Volant's new Periscoop to your '02-'06 Jeep Wrangler. The new Periscoop is a three-piece air intake duct that is made from durable polyethylene and connects through the front fender and into a Volant cool air intake system, designed for the 4.0L Jeep engine. The scoop uses a polished aluminum front cover that not only looks great but also prevents debris from getting inside.

Baja Bushings
You want more flex out of the rear of your rig but aren't ready to upgrade to full coilovers just yet? Deaver Spring has just released its new Baja Bushings, a convenient way to help eliminate the inconsistent reactions of conventional bushings. When Baja Bushings are installed into the leaf spring eyes, they allow the leaf springs to rotate on a spherical bearing that is Teflon-lined. This causes the leaf spring to move freely and with the consistency that was previously only available with coil springs. The new bushings provide up to 18 degrees of pivot angle.

Keep It Quiet
The majority of today's four-wheel-drive vehicles are produced to be smooth, refined, and quiet. However, install a new transfer case and listen for that quiet ride to be replaced with shaking and chattering. Rockland Standard Gear has just released a new transfer case lubricant called Chatter-Free that helps eliminate clutch chatter. Simply drain the existing transfer case lubricant and refill with Chatter-Free, and you will notice the harshness and vibration problems of many aftermarket transfer cases slip away. Rockland recommends replacing the fluid at normal service intervals.

Shock Tuning on the Go
Nothing is worse than spending a ton of money building your rig, taking the time to tow it out for a weekend of fun, and then realizing your shocks were not properly filled with nitrogen. Poly Performance introduces a great way to tune your shocks in the garage or in the backcountry. The portable nitrogen kit comes with the essential tools to accurately adjust and recharge rebuildable shocks, air shocks, and hydraulic bumpstops. For easy and compact travel, the heavy-duty storage case with molded foam compartments holds a new nitrogen bottle (available in steel or aluminum), a 450-psi regulator for those high-pressure recharges, and a high-pressure hydraulic hose.

The company's new Jeep winch-mount systems are compatible with all CJ, YJ, and TJ models.
