A Real Lifesaver
Have you ever felt a surge of anxiety or paranoia while driving past the scene of a car accident? As you drive on and begin to imagine, do you cringe at the thought of trying to cut yourself or your passenger out of a seatbelt? Your best defense is preparedness, which is why Benchmade engineers created the ERT-1. For this versatile emergency-response tool, Benchmade combined the safety and utility of a foldable locking hook with an extremely sharp edge that won't break like many razor-style cutters. The rounded-hook styling protects your skin from slippage or accidental injury. The ERT-1 is also equipped with a fully submersible LED light that illuminates the cutting portion of the hook. At the rear of the ERT-1 is a glass-breaker. A firm push of the handle against glass will discharge the internal punch, shattering the window. The handle on the ERT-1 is bright yellow so that even in dimly lit situations you can locate it quickly. Storage is also easy with the ERT-1. Due to its compact size, it can fit in a glovebox, under a seat, or securely in your pocket with the included carry-clip. In addition to these features, Benchmade backs every product it sells with a limited lifetime warranty along with its LifeSharp service.

Just Enough For Some
We know this may be hard for some of you to read, but it's true: Not all of us are hardcore wheelers who require 35-inch tires and lockers. When you need a more mild suspension setup, the new QuickLIFT kits from Rancho Suspension are worth a look. The new systems feature a fixed-seat coilover to replace the OE spring-seat shock absorbers and install in under two hours without cutting, welding, or drilling. Finished in Rancho's new Liquid Metallic Silver, the QuickLIFT kits provide 1 to 2.5 inches of additional lift, improving your vehicle's off-road manners. The shocks are nitrogen-gas-charged with a tri-tube patented monoflow system using Rancho's myRIDE tuning system to allow for remote or manual nine-position adjustability.
