Barnes Aluminum Bumper

Aluminum bumpers are becoming popular for their lightweight, non-rusting properties. Barnes 4WD offers one of the best we’ve seen, adding strength by virtue of design. The lower edge is tapered for an improved departure angle. Lighten up your Jeep CJ/YJ/TJ with one of these rear bumpers.

  • The bumper’s center section is made from a single piece of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is formed, not welded. This reduces manufacturing costs and adds strength
  • The end caps and clevis attachments are welded on with high-quality welds

  • The XP400i can be used with N2 or CO2 from 0 to 400 psi. The 2012 version has a new gauge face that’s easier to read, is easier to service and rebuild, and comes with an all-black finish
