Rock Assault Axlehousing

Check out the new concept in axlehousing design from Trail Gear. This exclusive design features axletubes that have been offset above the housing centerline for better ground clearance. The axleshafts ride near the bottom of the axletubes rather than in the center. The results are a 3/8-inch increase in ground clearance under the axletubes. What's more important, however, is the fact that the axletubes are made from 1/4-inch-thick DOM tubing, which is much tougher than the OE design. The heavy-duty, press-formed, 1/4-inch-plate steel centersection ensures 3/4-inch additional clearance under the differential. The third-member mounting surface is made from 1/2-inch-plate steel to ensure studs can not pull out, even under heavy loads. The outer offset flanges are made from 4130 chromoly to prevent distortion or bending. The Rock-Assault axlehousings use stock or aftermarket '86-'95 Toyota Pickup/4Runner axleshafts. Optional fill/inspection cap and custom widths are also available.

Comp Cams Beehive Valve Springs offer benefits not found with standard cylindrical springs. Reduced spring (and retainer) mass, better valve control with reduced spring pressure, and a harmonic-resistant shape, make them perfect for serious diesel drag-racing applications. Made of Super Clean chrome silicon steel, these ovate wire premium springs are for GM 6.6L Duramax diesel engines and are simple drop-in replacement components that require no machining or special fitment.

BD's new Crank Case Vent (CCV) Filter Kit for Ford 6.0L and 7.3L Power Stroke applications reduces crankcase oil vapor that passes through the crankcase vent and contaminates the intake system. Oil vapor residue reduces turbocharger and intercooler efficiency, and also deteriorates the silicone boots-causing them to balloon and blow off. BD's Crank Case Vent Filter Kit prevents all of these issues, and collects oil vapor in a 1-quart container with drain petcock. The kit installs in just two hours and includes all hardware and clamps.
