Get Unstuck With Pillowtrack
Check out this interesting new product from Australia: Pillowtrack, an inflatable recovery and mobility device designed to aid in vehicle recovery scenarios. Pillowtrack combines the traction of a sand ladder with the lifting of a jack, delivering a unique drive-on-jack recovery solution. Essentially, the unit is a plastic air bladder housed inside a durable shell that features ribbed rubber sides for added traction. To use, simply inflate to 5 psi, place it where traction is desired and drive. The versatile compact device enables recovery and traversal of sand, mud, snow, rocks, and trenches. Capable of supporting the weight of common four-wheel-drive vehicles up to 7,000 pounds, each Pillowtrack kit contains two 43X20-inch inflatable traction mats, a hand pump, and a compressor adaptor. The kit weighs just 11 pounds. Info: Pillowtrack,

Support Your Rack
If you own a '07-or-later GM Truck or SUV, you may notice the steering feel becomes sloppy after you add oversized tires. Daystar decided to fix this problem by manufacturing replacement rack bushings that "tighten up" the rack-and-pinion steering mounts significantly. Instead of rubber, the new Daystar bushings are constructed of durable polyurethane. These bushings eliminate the excessive rack flex caused by the factory bushings while still providing the insulating properties necessary to keep vibrations from being transferred to the steering wheel. Designed with the abuse of modified vehicles in mind, these bushings are the prefect solution for vehicles with worn bushings or questionable steering characteristics. Designed to be the perfect tool for trail leaders or mechanics with support rigs for organized groups, or for those of you who don't own a floor jack, the Uni-Raise is yet another must-have trail tool for hard-core 4x4 enthusiasts.
