Unit Bearing Eliminators for Fords
If you are tired of unit-bearings failing on your Ford frontend, check out the new proven solution from Blue Torch Fabworks. The system consists of a spindle and hub setup that will be a direct bolt-on replacement for Ford unit-bearings. The kit is available in 6x5.5-, 8x6.5- and 8x170mm lug patterns. There is no need to change your brake setup, as the wheel mount surface is in the same location. The kit utilizes a pair of standard-length Dana 60 stub axles, spindle bearings and seals, and can accommodate any traditional-style Dana 60 locking hubs or drive flanges. The spindle is machined from 4140 that is quenched and tempered, and the hub is machined out of 7075 billet aluminum. When fully assembled, its lighter in weight than an OE Ford unit-bearing setup. Gear Options for Toyota 8.2-inch Differential
If you own a 2009-or-newer Toyota 4x4 SUV equipped with the 8.2-inch rear differential, your choices for lower gearing were pretty much nonexistentuntil now. JT’s Parts and Accessories recently invested in several thousand ring and pinion sets designed to work in the ’10 FJ Cruiser, Tacoma and 4Runner. The new ratio is 4.56:1 and also works with the ’09 Land Cruiser with the factory electric locker. The unit features a 12-bolt ring gear and a 30-spline pinion shaft. Tested!
Dually D2 LED lights
Check out the newest compact LED light from Rigid Industries. With six individual high-output LEDs, this pint-sized lamp packs quite the punch in terms of light output. Producing over 2,600 lumens and only consuming 28 watts of power, the waterproof Dually D2s set new standards for efficiency, and thanks to advanced temperature sensing circuitry, the light is virtually immune to thermal meltdown. What this means is that even with no airflow over the aluminum cooling fins, the Dually D2 will not quit working. We tested these lights on our resident project rig, The Baja Bomber, and found that the light color output was very close to that of our 8-inch Baja Designs Sol-Tek HID lights (about 6,000 Kelvin). Even the darkest night in the Mojave Desert is no match for the Dually D2s. INFO: Rigid Industries, 480/655-0100, www.rigidindustries.com

This unit is a smooth torque-sensing differential that locks up solid with no harshness or noise. It is specifically engineered to hold up under the most extreme conditions. Each unit is assembled by hand in the U.S. INFO: DPI Performance Racing Products, 707/283-4374, www.dpiracingproducts.com

The system includes a tethered quick-pull release pin that comes uncoated and ready for installation. The fire extinguisher can be easily secured by using two appropriately sized stainless-steel hose clamps. INFO: Bulletproof Diesel, 888/967-6653, www.bulletproofdiesel.com FW

Exhaust for Toyota FJ
The exhaust experts at Gibson recently introduced a new performance after-cat exhaust system to maximize the full power potential of the popular Toyota FJ Cruiser. The system bolts on behind the catalytic converter and is available with your choice of 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminized or stainless steel tubing. The polished dual outlet system provides a noticeable rumble, thanks to a Superflow CFT Performance Muffler that features no interior baffles. This kit is manufactured in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. INFO: Gibson Exhaust, 800/528-3044, www.gibsonperformance.com
