Pro Comp is proud to introduce a new 4-inch suspension system for the ’07-’12 Toyota Tundra. This system installs without any cutting of the factory crossmembers and provides clearance for 35-inch tires. Extended steering knuckles are used to keep the rack-and-pinion steering unit in the factory location. These knuckles combined with rockproof, one-piece lower crossmembers provide performance, durability, and ease of installation that Tundra owners demand. Advanced engineering maintains proper CV axle angles and allows the full range of compression and extension travel without binding ball joints. Best of all, it is 100-percent VSC stability control compatible.

New from STRATTEC Security Corporation is the BOLT Spare Tire Lock for ’91-to-current Jeep Wranglers. The BOLT Jeep Spare Tire Lock features the company’s breakthrough One-Key Lock Technology, which eliminates the need to carry extra keys to protect expensive Jeep spare tires. It works by permanently programming the lock to the Jeep’s ignition key to prevent problems with lost keys and costly lockouts. To use, simply insert the Jeep’s ignition key into the lock cylinder, turn once and spring-loaded plate tumblers move up and down until they are matched exactly to that key. The auto-return spring automatically locks when the key is removed. BOLT Jeep Spare Tire Locks have an automotive-grade lock shutter to keep out weather and debris and a six-plate tumbler sidebar that prevents picking and bumping.

Jasper Engines & Transmissions is offering complete remanufactured front axle actuator assemblies for late-model GM four-wheel-drive SUVs, including the ’02-’09 Chevy Trailblazer, ’02-’08 GMC Envoy, ’02-’03 Oldsmobile Bravada, ’04-’07 Buick Rainier, and ’03-’07 Isuzu Ascender. The four-wheel-drive actuator assembly includes a new electric shift motor installed on the housing, two side gears that spline into the left and right axleshafts, along with a shift fork and collar that shifts the vehicle into, and out of, four-wheel drive. Jasper uses synthetic grease in its remanufactured actuators in place of the standard lithium-style complex grease. In addition, axleshaft seals are pre-lubricated during assembly, to prevent a squealing noise coming from the actuator from dry seals rubbing against the axleshaft.

spot Connect allows users to transmit messages via satellite from virtually anywhere in the world. Available on the App Store, the SPOT Connect App pairs iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices with the SPOT Connect device. An Android version is also available. The app sets up a direct Bluetooth wireless connection between the user’s mobile device and the SPOT Connect device, allowing them to send custom messages from remote locations. SPOT Connect utilizes the proven SPOT technology to notify others of one’s GPS location coordinates and current status. By sending a message to the Globalstar satellite network, the user’s selected contacts will receive a custom or predefined message delivered as an SMS text message or email. SPOT Connect messages contain the user’s latitude and longitude, date, time stamp, and a link to Google Maps. In addition to established SPOT message, custom messages can now be composed and sent from the field. Users can even send location-based messages to Facebook, Twitter, and SPOT Adventures from isolated regions without cell coverage.
