All of these products were spotted at the EJS vendor show by companies that support the Red Rock 4-Wheelers and help keep our trails open.
Ballistic Fabrication ProRock Diff Cover
Looking for a heavy-duty cover for your Dynatrac ProRock 44 or 60? Ballistic Fabrication is now offering a 3⁄8-inch-thick steel cover with a 1-inch NPT fill plug. The cover is fully welded in the USA and uses countersunk 5⁄16-inch socket head cap screws. Heat sink fins and bottom bolt protectors are optional.

Rancho Long-Arm Suspension
Rancho’s new 4-inch long-arm kit fits up to a 37-inch tire on your ’07 or later JK Wrangler or Wrangler Unlimited with added articulation and ground clearance. The suspension is all-inclusive, with new upper and lower tubular control arms, track bars, sway bar disconnects, coil springs, bumpstop spacers, extended brake lines, and your choice of shocks.
MCE Gen II JK Fenders
The new Generation II Flexible Fenders from Modern Classic Enterprises are unlike any other fender on the market today. The fenders are made from TPO plastic, will not sag or crack, and are UV-stable. There is even a lifetime warranty to the original buyer against cracking. The OE inner splash guard/liner is designed to be retained for the front fenders.

Nitro Gear Dana 30 and Dana 44 Sleeve Kit
Many owners of Jeep JK Wranglers have experienced problems with bending the housings on the Dana 30 and Dana 44 front axles. Nitro Gear is now offering axletubes that drive inside the stock tubes and use knurled ends for a secure fit. These sleeves still allow fitment of 35-spline upgraded axleshafts, also available from Nitro Gear.

Coty Built TDI Conversion
Looking for more torque and improved mileage in your Jeep? Coty Built offers Volkswagen TDI conversions for JK, TJ, and YJ Wranglers that retain the factory alternator, A/C, and power steering. The foundation of the conversion is an engine truss and transmission adapters for a variety of Jeep manual transmissions. Air to water intercoolers are also available for even more power.

Artec Industries JK Front Axle Armor
Bent and mangled stock JK front axles are a thing of the past with Artec Industries’ JK Front Axle Armor Kit. Included is a full-width truss, inner C gussets, lower control arm skidplates, and heavy-duty track bar brackets that are CNC laser-cut and bent for a precise fit. Assembly and installation is simple with laser-etched parts and keyed pieces for a precise fit around factory components.

Synergy JK Air Compressor Bracket
Synergy Manufacturing has developed a mounting bracket to shoehorn an air compressor under the hood of your ’12 or later Jeep Wrangler JK. The bracket bolts into the unused space next to the brake master cylinder and allows fitment of a Viair 100, 400, or 450 series compressor or an ARB standard or mini compressor.

BDS Control Arm Options
BDS Suspension now offers control arms for most popular Jeep vehicles with the option of vulcanized rubber bushings or dual-fluted greaseable urethane bushings. The new rubber bushing are durometer specific, OEM-quality vulcanized Cleavite rubber bushings for improved longevity and reduced noise. The new arms come with rubber bushings and large 13⁄4x0.250-wall formed control arms. Optional replacement urethane bushings are available separately.

Mac’s Roll-Top Dry Sack
Normal luggage is designed for hotels and airplanes, not wheeling. So Mac’s Custom Tie Downs has come up with a way to keep your gear clean on the trail. Their Roll-Top Dry Sack is made from thermoplastic polyurethane with welded seams and a roll down closure. The bags are available in four sizes, all with tie down loops and a shoulder strap.

Tom Wood’s NP242 Slip Yoke Eliminator
The fulltime NP242 transfer case was common in many XJ Cherokees and some ZJ and WJ Grand Cherokees. While slip-yoke eliminators have been available in the past, all retained the relatively small 27-spline output shaft, until now. This is a sneak peak at Tom Wood’s upcoming heavy-duty SYE kit that uses a new, larger, stronger main shaft. Kits will be available with standard 1310 series, CV, or heavy-duty flanged yokes.
