Want to know how to get your stuff in New Products? If you have a new truck- or 4x4-related product you'd like us to help you debut, e-mail an image and some text to newproducts@4wheeloffroad.com. Please have all images be no less than 1600 x 1200 pixels (or two megapixels) and be saved as a TIFF, an EPS, or a maximum-quality JPEG file so our art director doesn't shoot us. We can't use images off of any Word documents or Adobe Acrobat files, so be sure to include a separate image in the proper format, or it won't be run. Thanks again. We love seeing all the new stuff you guys come up with!

True Flow has figured out a way to shove a little more air into your FJ by greatly improving on the factory air-filter boxes that come standard on the new Toyotas. The XDI filtration system increases airflow beyond the engine needs, ensuring you won't be starving your engine of air. The unique foam filtration media is said to filter even the smallest debris out of the incoming air. Information: True Flow, 866.999.9098, www.trueflow.com

Are you putting your rig on a diet and looking to shed some pounds? T-Max has recently reacted to the weight-watching public and brought out its Competition Series wireless winches. The new winches are available in either a 6,500- or 9,000-pound capacity and outfitted with 80 feet of 16,500-pound synthetic winch line. The short drum winch weighs in at only 55 pounds and comes with a 6.6hp DC motor. Information: T-Max Industries, 877.862.8629, www.t-maxwinches.com

In emergency situations, having the right tool at hand can mean the difference between life or death. Benchmade has come up with more than just another cutting blade: its ERT-1 emergency tool combines a rescue hook, glass breaker, and mini LED light all in one handy tool. The hook will slice through seatbelts and webbing like a hot knife through butter, and the spring-loaded glass breaker on the back of the tool will get you through even the tempered glass of a car window. Building a custom suspension for your 4x4 can be tricky, even for accomplished welders. Poly Performance knows this, and has introduced some three- and four-link suspension kits to weld on to your Jeep CJ, '66-'77 Bronco, or other 4x4s with a 4-inch framerail. All parts are CNC laser cut and were designed using the latest in CAD solid modeling software. The links feature Johnny Joint rod ends and come with hard-core F-911 hardware. You can even order chromoly lower links in the kit if you're really determined to get the sickest kit on the market. Information: Poly Performance, 805.783.2060, www.polyperformance.com

V.I.O. has recently come out with the ultimate point-of-view (POV) video system to catch all your greatest moments. The integrated system packs a camera, microphone, recorder, wireless remote, software, and online video distribution all into one package. You get all this in the POV.1 setup in a combo that weighs less than one pound and is wearable on your outfit. The simple-to-use system is rugged enough to withstand the harshness of outdoor use, and includes firmware features such as tagging and loop record modes that allow real-time editing. The camera can record hours of video on just four AA batteries at frame rates of 30, 25, 24, or 15 fps. Information: V.I.O., 847.955.0700

When building a 4x4, it's always more cost-effective to start with less, especially if you plan on gutting everything (like independent front suspension). Keeping this in mind, some guys like to start with Toyota 2WD trucks, but that can prove to be tricky when trying to bolt a transfer case in back of the 2WD transmission. Inchworm Gear now has PreRunner Adapters to replace the stock Toyota 2WD tailhousing with either 21- or 23-spline outputs. Information: Inchworm Gear, 530.677.8111, www.inchwormgear.com
