Trail-Gear 3-Link Kit for Tacoma
Trail-Link front three-link kits are now available for ’95-’04 Tacomas. Trail-Gear uses DOM tubing for the Panhard bar and link arms, which are threaded for the kit’s high-deflection 11⁄4-inch Creeper Joints. Brackets are made from formed and welded 3⁄16- or 1⁄4-inch-thick steel, depending on function. Kits include all necessary link hardware except for upper shock mounts. Different configurations accommodate high-steer conversions and can include frame reinforcement plates, a firewall plate, and steering compensation components.

Dakota Digital Electronic Speedo Adapter
Dakota Digital’s Electronic Cable Drive (ECD-100) adapts cable-driven speedometers to newer gear trains that use electronic vehicle speed-sensor output. Measuring 5 by 4.1 by 2.15 inches, the ECD-100 accepts GM threaded and clip-on speedo cables as well as the Ford clip-on style. The unit is waterproof and includes 36 inches of cable for mounting flexibility. A remote switch allows calibration using a measured mile based on GPS or known-speedometer reading.

JRat Dropout Dana 60 Third Member
JRat offers a convertible-pinion third member for its Sixty9 axle. The dropout unit can be mounted as either a low- or high-pinion by flipping it. This kit includes the main body, pinion supports, bearing caps, 954 bronze side adjusters, adjuster locks, and Grade 8 hardware: 143⁄8-inch fine-thread housing bolts, 83⁄8-inch pinion support bolts, 1⁄2-inch bearing cap bolts, and adjuster lock bolts.

Pro Comp 2014 Chevy 4-Inch Kit
Pro Comp’s newest is a 4-inch lift system for the ’14 Silverado 1500 4x4. Designed for Stabilitrak compatibility and to clear 33s with no other modifications, the kit comes with a choice of steel or aluminum knuckles. Features include one-piece crossmembers, an integrated front differential skidplate, rear blocks and U-bolts, and nitro-charged gas shocks. This system qualifies for Pro Comp’s Lift Shield five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. It is also covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

Airaid 2014 Chevy CAI
The new Airaid MXP Cold Air Intake System for the ’14 Silverado/Sierra 1500 is engineered to deliver additional power and better fuel economy with DIY installation. The MXP uses a new intake tube that reportedly optimizes MAF sensor location. It attaches to a roto-molded intake box that utilizes the factory cold air scoop, plus adds a lower scoop beneath the intake box. Cold air is fed to a 1,300-cfm filter that is available with either oiled media or dry, nonoiled SynthaMax material.
Performance Accessories 5-Inch Kit for ’14 Silverado
The Performance Accessories system for the ’14 Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup combines a body lift and leveling kit to raise the vehicle enough to run 33- to 34-inch tires. The kit is designed to raise the body and level the stance at a fraction of the cost of a full lift system. Components include nylon-reinforced body blocks, aluminum upper coil spring spacers, laser-cut and powdercoated steel bumper brackets, a steering extension, and urethane Gap Guards that hide the space between the body and frame. The system fits both 2WD and 4WD models.

Rubicon Express Sway-Bar Disconnects
RE’s new Extreme-Duty Swaybar Disconnects are a simple way to increase a Jeep’s front wheel travel. Features include adjustable lengths to accommodate different lift heights, spherical bushings, and preinstalled grease fittings. The system is designed for tool-less disconnection on flat or uneven terrain, thanks to the zinc-plated snap pins, tapered posts, and spherical bushings. Applications are available for most Jeep TJ and JK Wranglers, XJ/MJ Cherokees/Comanches, and ZJ Grand Cherokees having up to 6 inches of lift.

Flex-a-Lite JK Hemi Radiator
A Flex-a-fit radiator is now available with passenger-side bungs to accommodate Hemi swaps in JKs. Features include a two-row core that’s hand-welded to the side tanks with patented T-channels to help dissipate heat. Mounting brackets are included to facilitate bolt-in installation. This radiator will work with the OE Chrysler Hemi fan (some modifications required), or it can be ordered with an optional 3,300-cfm Flex-a-lite Black Magic Xtreme S-Blade electric fan.
Rugged Ridge JK Hood
Inspired by Chrysler’s SRT designs, Rugged Ridge’s JK Performance Vented Hood is engineered to provide 50 percent more ventilating surface area over similar designs, helping dissipate engine compartment heat. Made from stamped steel, the new Performance Vented Hood uses a factory inner core to assure fitment. A rust-preventative E-coat protects the surface during shipping/prior to painting. The hood can also be ordered in factory matching colors.

Cognito Heavy Chevy Steering
A steering upgrade for ’01-’14 Chevy/GMC trucks is now available from Cognito. This race-style alloy tie rod and centerlink system is designed to correct wander, bumpsteer, and accelerated tire wear due to alignment problems. Features include greaseable outer joints and a greasable/serviceable inner joint. Applications are available for K1500, K2500, and K3500 trucks.

Rigid Curved LED Bars
Rigid’s RDS-Series takes the company’s E-Series light bar and adds a radius, creating a linear LED light with a curve. The extruded-aluminum housings are available in lengths ranging from 20 to 54 inches. Optics are Hybrid Spot, a 10-degree cone of light across the housing radius. In the 54-inch RDS housing, the beam is apparently almost 50 degrees. Total light distance is reportedly about a mile.

Skyjacker 6- to 7-Inch Lift for ’14 Chevy
Skyjacker’s new kit for the ’14 GM 1500 was tested by Link Engineering to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 126. Testing involves robotic steering and outrigger equipment to execute a high-speed lane-change maneuver without compromising the factory Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. The Skyjacker kit uses replacement knuckles to provide up to 7 inches of lift. Components are engineered to keep steering and alignment within factory spec. Many upgrades and options are available.
Baer JK Discs
Baer’s Pro front brakes for JKs use six-piston calipers and 131⁄2-inch one-piece rotors, which are drilled, slotted, and zinc-plated. A rear four-piston SS4 kit with complementary rotors is also available. It retains the factory e-brake and is compatible with both the Dana 35 and Dana 44 axles. Calipers come powdercoated in red, black or silver; custom colors are also available.
