Rugged Ridge announces the introduction of the new XHD Rock Sliders for the Jeep Wrangler JK. The XHD Rock Sliders feature a one-piece design and are manufactured from CNC-laser cut 3mm steel plate. They are finished with a black textured coating. Each XHD Rock Slider has an integrated 4-inch step. They are said to be designed to function with most aftermarket and stock fender flares and can be mounted with or without drilling into the vehicle body. Rubber gaskets are utilized to cover and protect the paint and body panels along the door sill areas.
Pro Comp introduces the new Series 45 Proxy wheel. The Proxy is said to be strong, lightweight, and affordable. Each wheel is made from low-pressure cast aluminum and features a reinforced bead lip for protection against rocks and other trail debris. The wheels accept Tire Pressure Monitor Systems (TPMS). Miller Electric introduces the new Digital Elite Pink Camo welding hood. This new graphic features Realtree AP Pink Camo with a matte finish. The helmet features a 9.22 square-inch viewing area and four digital operating modes that include weld, cut, grind, and an X-mode, which electromagnetically senses the weld to eliminate sunlight interference and continuously detects the arc even if the light sensors are blocked. Digital controls allow the user to toggle through modes and settings.

Performance Distributors’ S.O.S.-Sultans Of Spark Coils are now available for the Jeep 3.7L V-6 and 4.7L V-8 engines. The new S.O.S. coils are said to be designed with updated technology and enhanced windings. This is said to increase the voltage for each coil from 25,000 to 35,000 volts under load. The extra voltage under load, also known as the acceleration phase, is said to increase spark intensity for a more complete burn of the fuel mixture. Plug gaps can be opened to 0.055-inch, which is said to improve throttle response, horsepower and fuel mileage. The brass terminals are said to provide corrosion resistance and improved conduction.
