F-150 Facelift
Rancho now offers a new 6-inch suspension system for the ’17-’18 Ford F-150 pickup truck. It features a reinforced, fully boxed, and welded subframe manufactured from high-strength, low-alloy steel and DOM tubing. The kit is said to be specially designed to minimize vibration and ride harshness while offering maximum structural integrity and OE-level quality. Each kit includes a pair of bolt-on 6-inch strut spacers, CNC-machined extended steering knuckles, CV spacers, brake line brackets, sway bar relocation brackets, rear leaf spring blocks, and other necessary hardware. No drivetrain modifications are required for the system, which also utilizes OE tie-rod ends and fits up to 35-inch tires. Info: Rancho, 734/384-7804,

Skid-Free 4.0L
MetalCloak introduces the new oil pan skidplate for the ’97-’06 Jeep 4.0L engine. It’s designed to fit the TJ, LJ, MJ, YJ, and some XJ models with modification. It’s said to protect the vulnerable, low-hanging oil pan on your Jeep. It is made in the USA from laser-cut, CNC-formed 7-gauge steel and attaches to factory mounting locations for a bolt-on installation. It features a cutout for access to the drain plug and is finished with a clear zinc coating. Info: MetalCloak, 916/631-8071,

New Wrangler Lockdown
Bolt Locks now offers lock products with one-key technology for the ’18 Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Renegade. Each lock is made specifically for these popular Jeep models and works with the Jeep center-cut keys. Available locks include receiver locks, coupler pin locks, padlocks, cable locks, and off-vehicle coupler locks that can be used to secure trailers as well as other gear. Each Bolt Lock features one-key lock technology to permanently program the lock to the factory Jeep ignition key the very first time the key is inserted into the lock cylinder. To help deter theft, Bolt Locks are said to resist picking and bumping and are made with an electroless nickel-plated carbon steel pin or shaft assembly. Info: Bolt Locks, 844/972-7547,

True Beadlock
Method Race Wheels now offers the 106 beadlock. The 17x9 wheel features a deep-dish split six-spoke face design, 3.5 inches of backspacing, a forged 6061 aluminum beadlock ring, a Method logo debossed into the wheel at the end of one of the spokes, and the same beefy inner-lip design as the 101 beadlock that has conquered everything from Baja to King of the Hammers. Excess material has been removed for weight savings and the beadlock hardware is recessed to help eliminate sheared bolts on rocks and other trail obstacles. The 106 beadlock is available in a bronze or matte black finish in popular 5-, 6-, and 8-lug applications. Blanks are available to accommodate other lug patterns. Farm-Jack Add-On
Having been let down by failures of the factory farm-jack top plate several times on more than a few jacks, Davis Fabrication came up with Jack Beef, a heavy-duty farm-jack top replacement. Each Jack Beef jack top is cut from 1/2-inch-thick T1 plate steel. The grooves are milled with a radiused inside corner, which allows the plate to be securely mounted in either direction on the jack for pulling, use as a winch, clamping, and grabbing anything in its teeth without slipping. It locks on 5/16-inch or 3/8-inch chain, and can accept up to a 1 1/8-inch clevis/shackle pin for pulling in either position or direction. The Jack Beef is sold in raw steel and can be painted any color you desire, or can be ordered with an optional powdercoat. Info: Davis Fabrication, 707/263-5858,

Seal Locking
Permatex now offers Seal+Lock, which is said to combine the power of sealant and thread locker in one thread compound. The two-in-one solution is said to create an air and watertight seal up to 1,000 psi, locks to 120 lb-in, and resists temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Permatex Seal+Lock Thread Compound is designed to resist solvents and common shop fluids and is removable with handtools. In addition to automotive uses, it can also be used in garage and plumbing applications. Key applications include threaded freeze plugs, oil pressure sensors, threaded fuel injectors, coolant temperature sensors, A/C and hydraulic system connections, metal plumbing connections, and pipe plugs. Rubber Pad Replacement
New Century Manufacturing now offers aluminum pedal pads to replace the OEM rubber pads on your Jeep. They are machined from 6061 billet aluminum and feature an anodized gray finish. Each pad is said to be designed to offer increased grip and is slightly thicker than the OEM pads to bring the pedal closer to your feet without your steering wheel in your lap. New Century Manufacturing aluminum pedal pads are available for JK, TJ, and XJ models for both manual and automatic transmissions. In-Color Welding
Miller Electric has expanded ClearLight lens technology to all Miller digital welding helmets. ClearLight lens technology is said to enhance clarity by allowing more colors to come through the lens. Where other lenses often produce a view with a greenish-yellow or blue tint, a ClearLight lens provides truer colors during the welding operation. Operators are said to see more contrast among objects in the viewing area, resulting in reduced eye strain and fatigue. Previously only available in Miller T94 Series auto-darkening helmets, ClearLight has now been expanded to all Miller digital helmets to include Digital Infinity, Digital Elite, and Digital Performance models. Info: Miller Electric, 800/426-4553,
