Duramax Plug-and-Play

Banks Power introduces the newest product in its Derringer family of performance inline tuners for the ’17-’18 L5P 6.6L Duramax. The Derringer is said to add a tested best-in-class horsepower gain of up to 61 hp and best torque gain of up to 112 lb-ft. The Derringer is an easily concealed plug-and-play three-mode microcomputer control module. It’s designed for easy installation and is waterproof for underhood mounting. Features include Banks AutoRate, TransCommand, and ActiveSafety to ensure safe power to the engine and drivetrain by reading the vehicle’s rpm, speed, gear, exhaust gas temperature, coolant temp, and more off of the OBD-II diagnostic port. This data is said to be utilized to provide both performance as well as increased safety and reliability. Combining the Derringer with Banks’ iDash 1.8 Super Gauge allows you to select from a total of six power levels through the gauge and monitor up to 300 critical engine and tuner parameters. JL Wrangler Axles

Dana now offers axle upgrades for the Jeep Wrangler JL. The line of drivetrain upgrades includes Ultimate Dana 60 front and rear axles, Spicer Performance nodular iron differential covers, chromoly axleshafts, bearing kits, and expanded ring-and-pinion gear ratios. The Ultimate Dana 60 axles are said to be a bolt-in replacement for the front and rear axles on the Jeep Wrangler JL. They are available with 3.73, 4.10, 4.88, and 5.38 ratios and come with an Eaton ELocker. The axles feature 35-spline, nickel chromoly steel axleshafts, genuine Spicer ring-and-pinion gearing, SPL 70 U-joints, full-float design, and heavy-duty brakes with a plug-and-play antilock braking system. Jeep Rack

Rugged Ridge introduces the new Recovery Tool Rack for various Jeep applications. The Rugged Ridge Recovery Tool Rack is said to be engineered for the Jeep owner who wants to equip their vehicle for off-roading or any outdoor adventure. The design allows for the storage of tools without sacrificing interior space. The Recovery Tool Rack is stamped from steel plate and is finished with a black powdercoat to protect the body of the rack from rust and corrosion. Each rack is fitted with three individual slots in which a variety of tools can be mounted for transport. The tool handles are secured via the included retention straps. Hydro High

ARB now offers Jack, a new hydraulic long-travel off-road jack. Jack features a large pivot base that can be rotated a full 360 degrees for optimal placement on unstable ground. The forged aluminum hook can be locked into one of nine hooking points on the extruded outer body of Jack. Each full pump of the Jack handle will raise the vehicle half an inch. An ergonomic handle is positioned at the top of Jack, allowing the operator to remain upright. The hydraulic design allows quick and short partial cycles of the handle rather than full strokes to achieve the same result. JL Speedo Correct

Dakota Customs introduces the JL Live Mod Calibration tool. Now you don’t have to make a trip to the dealer to have your computer reprogrammed to accept your aftermarket modifications. You simply plug in the interface module to bypass the OBD firewall, plug the Live Mod module into the OBD connector, and then start inputting all the settings of your modified JL Wrangler. Modifiable settings include tire size; axle gear ratio; low-range ratio; TPMS settings; disable start-stop; disable traction control; activate factory options; set DRL; activate light show using the factory headlights, blinkers, and so on; 0-60 time mode; and much more. IFS Bobtail Bronco

Roadster Shop now offers the RS4R, a full IFS 4x4 chassis with a triangulated trailing-arm rear suspension for the ’66-’77 Ford Bronco. The chassis features 12 inches of travel up front and 13 inches in the rear. Suspension movement is controlled via a 2.5-inch twin-tube bypass shock, a 2.5-inch coilover with dual-rate coil springs, and a hydraulic bumpstop on each corner. The chassis is configured to accept a Ford Coyote engine and 6R80 transmission or a GM LS engine with a 4L80 transmission along with an Advance Adapters Atlas two-speed transfer case. Each RS4R chassis features a 56-inch track width, GM 6-on-5.5 sealed hub assemblies, and CNC laser-cut and contoured box tube main rails with engine mounts. It utilizes the stock body, bumper, and core support mounts. The axles are High 9 PRO Iron with limited-slip differentials front and rear. ICON Vehicle Dynamics introduces a 2.5-inch suspension lift system for the ’18 Jeep Wrangler JL. The kit is said to drastically improve on- and off-road ride quality. It features dual-rate coil springs, 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, link arms, front and rear bumpstops, sway bar end links, and all necessary hardware for a complete install. Wheel travel is increased by more than 30 percent, and the lift allows for up to 35-inch tires on non-Rubicon models and up to 37-inch tires on Rubicon models when the correct bumpstop extensions are installed. Compact Welder

Premier Power Welder introduces the new compact Mini Under Hood Welding System. The system gives you the ability to arc-weld, MIG-weld, or TIG-weld just above engine idle. A high-frequency pulsating current is said to give you the ability to weld with 2/3 the amperage that a conventional welder requires. It can also be used to charge a battery.
