November 2005 4X4 Products Spacers

Train's 4x4 has introduced a billet aluminum spacer for '99-'05 Ford Super Duty front driveshafts. The spacer is said to be easy to install, comes complete with mounting hardware, and is available in different lengths to accommodate up to 10 inches of lift. November 2005 4X4 Products Jeep Shackles

Rubicon Express offers these new 6-inch Boomerang Jeep XJ shackles. The shackles are said to provide a little over an inch of lift while giving XJ owners the ability to run a longer spring without damaging the body at the rear of the leaf spring. They feature greaseable Zerk fittings, urethane bushings, and a durable black powdercoat finish. Each shackle is laser-cut from 3/16-inch steel plate and has MIG-welded seams for superior strength. The new piston fuel pump by RacePump works on the same principle as a master cylinder but with an ingenious floating valve mechanism that automatically adjusts for the amount of fuel needed by the engine. It acts much as the return line on a fuel-injected engine, and is said to be usable on any engine from 200 to 2,800 hp. The flow rate of this pump is 204 gph at 60 psi at any rpm level. It's constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, has stainless steel internal parts, and special proprietary seals designed for gasoline and methanol applications.
