100hp Evolution For Ford 6.0l Power Strokes
Edge Products now offers its powerful Evolution programmer/scanner for '03-present Ford 6.0L Powerstrokes. The new 6.0L programmer combines three levels of power tuning with error-code scanning and performance-capturing capabilities. The Evolution stores and replaces the factory PCM programming with one of three available power curves: 60 hp (Towing), 80 hp (Racing), and 100 hp (Extreme). Low-end torque is said to improve by 100, 160, and 250 lb-ft, respectively. Gains are achieved by increasing fuel delivery and turbo boost while adjusting the rev limiter. Double Down That Toyota Automatic
Until now, owners of '84-'95 Toyota pickups didn't have the choice of using dual transfer cases with an automatic transmission. Skyway Transmission has developed an adapter that joins the A340H automatic transmission to the standard Toyota geardriven transfer case. The new adapter, called the Gear Slug, comes with a protective skidplate to help prevent expensive damage from jagged rocks.
