When we got the news that Fab Fours had signed up to sponsor Top Truck Challenge '07, we decided that a collaboration was in order. What better way to demonstrate our appreciation to TTC competitors than to team up with the industry's premier bumper company on the official TTC competitor support rig. As such, the truck had to be outfitted with a whole assortment of tools and equipment for anything that could go wrong at the event. Intending to aid competitors in need, we wanted something with enough weight to assist with extractions if necessary.

A brand-new Inferno Red Cummins-powered '07 Dodge Ram Mega Cab dualie provided an excellent platform for our lengthy wish list of repair equipment. The idea was to mount all the essentials in the bed of the truck and invite participants to use the rig whenever needed. In the end, each and every tool furnished was used by every competitor at least once, if not multiple times. The rig was a popular conversation piece during the event as well. Support personnel were elated to know that they had easy access to a welder, a plasma cutter, a torch, and an Oasis air compressor if something were to go south during the event. The concept was well received and thanks in part to Fab Fours, Hobart, and Mickey Thompson, we should be able to use it at TTC for many years to come.
