A custom-made bellypan not only protects the NP203/205 Off Road Design Doubler, it also serves to support the transmission and transfer case as well as integrating mounts for the rear of the front four-link bars. The Doubler has 32-spline input and output shafts and High Angle Driveline flanges and transfer case brake. Both driveshafts were made by High Angle Driveline and feature double-cardan joints. The transfer case is bolted to a TH475 transmission. This transmission is also from the aforementioned Frito-Lay delivery truck. It’s a heavy-duty version of the TH400 and it was rebuilt and modified by Hays.
