The only thing left was the “whoa!” and we could get to plunking parts in place. We’ve tried to cobble together junkyard and parts store hydroboost systems in the past, only to end up turning to Vanco. Due to unlucky combinations of pumps, boosters, and master cylinders, we’ve spent more money on junkyard and parts store stuff than the Vanco kit costs out of the gate. If that weren’t enough, it turns out that the way many of us adapt the rod length to our application is downright unsafe. Shown is the hydroboost and large-pot master cylinder. It is also offered as a true bolt-on for almost any Jeep.
