The inside is Spartan compared to modern Wranglers. No GPS or fancy leather seats. But it’s still cush compared to an old CJ or flatfender. The stock seats are clean but lean slightly to the side for some reason. The five-speed shifter reveals a moderate to weak AX-5 manual transmission often found behind the four-cylinders, and followed by an NP231 transfer case.
