The pinion yoke of the Currie high-pinion 9-inch front is longer and positioned more to the passenger-side than the factory Dana 30. There were major interference issues with the factory exhaust downpipe, so we had RPM in Oceanside, California, build a new downpipe that tucked tight to the oil pan and misses the suspension and driveshaft at full-stuff. We also had RPM add a flange before the catalytic converter to facilitate tranny maintenance.
