We pulled the A/C compressor bracket and drilled mounting holes for the Blaster SS coil (PN 8207). We bolted the Blaster to the bracket with the supplied vibration isolation mounts and tapped into the carburetor anti-diesel solenoid to supply the coil its 12 volts of Optima BlueTop juice required to get it to fire. The MSD Super Conductor wires (PN 35859) aren’t wearing their Pro-Clamp Separator kit (PN 8843) yet. Deadlines were looming, so maybe you’ll spot ’em next time.
