Since we were “only” going with the 4-inch-stretch corners, our inner wheelwell supports could be left in place. This helps protect our fuel fillers from debris and protects our taillight wiring. That Grade-8 bolt (arrow) is the company’s new method for attaching the front of the gas tank skid. By drilling two 1/2-inch holes through the frame, you can decide how much clearance you get between the tank and the ground. Bolts, washers, and a sleeve to keep the frame from compressing are included.
