The last major repair we thought (thought is the key word here) necessary to get the Wrangler to pass emissions was a new radiator. We fixed the brackets that held the brass radiator to the core support only to find a small pinhole leak once we got everything back together and the Jeep running. We could have popped down to the local auto parts store for a plasticy, el cheapo replacement radiator. Instead, we got a dead-sexy aluminum Griffin radiator from Quadratec (PN 51210.2101) and cap (PN 51210.800). It bolted right in place of the old radiator and the stock fiberglass fan shroud fit right in place. Nice!
