When we first saw this kit many years ago, we weren’t thrilled with cutting into the factory frame to mount it. But GenRight has sold thousands of these, and we’ve seen them beat on them without mercy. Plus it puts the shocks behind the axle, doesn’t require being tied into the ’cage, gets them away from the tires, and allows a much longer shock (in our application, 28 inches.) The kit is $299.99 and includes one pair of gussets as shown in the previous photo. The company doesn’t include a second pair because many customers just don’t have the space. We had the space, and for $19.99 we added extra rear gussets (PN RSM5513).
