Day One was a trail day, so we headed to Delta, Alabama, to hit the trails at Morris Mountain Off Road Vehicle Park. The trails were rocky and relatively dry. This made for a perfect spot to engage RESQ1’s ARB Air Lockers and Atlas four-speed for the first time. The big Jeep did great with the only damage coming in the form of a small dent in the rear driveshaft and a few scratches on the rocker guards. The huge weight of the Coats tire machine, Miller Trailblazer, tools, and twin 40-inch spares made itself known early on, resulting in fairly spectacular front-wheel air time throughout the adventure.
