Project 1997 Jeep Tj Package
Minutes after the first shipment arrived; most of the components came in one large palletized box. A forklift was required to move this massive package. At AEV great care is taken during packaging to make sure each and every Brute kit item makes it to the receiver unharmed.

Project 1997 Jeep Tj Cab Closeout
1. This is the Brute's cab closeout after it was removed from protective packaging. AEV manufacturers this part the same way Chrysler did with each and every body panel during construction of a TJ; stamping, as it is commonly called, is the only way to produce exact tolerances over and over during large-scale production runs. This process is very expensive because each and every panel requires two custom large steel stamping dies.
Project 1997 Jeep Tj Midframe Extensions
2. The parts shown here are the mid-frame extensions, internal frame sleeves and jig assemblies, a new forward-most bed crossmember, two new rear tub mounts, and both mid-frame extension fish plates. One interesting note about these extensions is that AEV purchased all of Chrysler's excess TJ frame material, therefore giving customers the consistency found in OE frame design.
Project 1997 Jeep Tj Hardtop
3. We really liked the way AEV increased the headroom in the Brute hardtop. A 6-foot-plus person should have no problem fitting inside the new top. Another cool aspect of this hardtop is that two small overhead skylights are included to diminish the confined feeling found with most fiberglass hardtops.
